I think you're probably on the Basildon UBR same as me, this is listed as May so anytime between now and June. Don't forget to unplug your cable modem to make it load the new config file, once a day until you're upgraded will do. All that info is to the best of my knowledge, I could be wrong but if I am some kind soul will soon put me right
Click on the connection button near the top of the page, that will tell you what UBR your on.

Does that mean Chelmsford not Basildon? If so then I don't recall seeing Chelmsford listed either , Basildon was the only Essex town listed so I assumed it included me
