what username/password do i need ? im a new customer and have never been given such details, thanks.

i think the username might be your email address, and the password the same one you use for accessing email.

When you signed up for Virgin/NTL/Telewest you should have got a little card with all these details on in your welcome pack that contained the contract you signed

haha. I actually had to contact Virgin to get these details after the installers left.
