Problems in luton?

anyone else in luton having very slow browsing speeds?
im using rapidshare and on 10mb im getting speeds of 200kbp

now i know for a fact it isnt rapidshare

try downloading a large ISO file from a uk source.

cos my browsing has become very slow too

takes like 5 seconds to load yahoo home page

That is most likely a proxy problem, try changing proxy and again, try downloading a large ISO file
