Troubleshooting modem logs

Remember logs are reverse chronological order, so start from the bottom and read up. I'm still quite stumped as to why its recently started to fail booting when using the 331000000 Hz downstream frequency.

Right just spoken to a friend who is also ex-Blueyonder 10Mb. He lives (according to Google) 0.8 miles from me, and his modem is sat using the 331 frequency fine. He gets around 9Mb download and over 500Kb upload on speedtest.

What the hell is going on?
