VIP Package

I ordered my £85 vip package on friday from the website, im allready a customer and they said they would get back to me by email within 72 hours...all ive had from is we will be in touch. The installation dates chosen were this weds or nxt tuesday.

Anyone else still to hear back from them?

you wont get an install that early especially if you ordered online,

the web ordering process is as follows,

you place your order on the web, we get about 5 days later then it gets booked into the first available slot, you probably be looking @ mid march now

phone customer care and just ask them for the availability of an engineer in your area, thats when ur install will be done roughly

I phoned customer services on Saturday morning to change my current package to VIP. Very helpful CS in Sheffield confirmed that the install will take place on 6.3.2007. 8 days and counting.
