I have a Belkin F5D6230-3 router, when connecting my computer straight into the webstar modem I can get speeds averaging 9800kbs but when connecting through the router to my computer it cuts the connection down to around 4000kbs.
I have updated the firmware on the router but this hasn't helped, does anybody have anymore suggestions of what I can try to resolve this issue?

Re: Belkin Router Again!
I had problems with a Belkin router a little while, it appears some older models only have a 10Mb WAN port, so when using 10Mb BB it cause problems, the most I saw through my router was about 5-6Mb.
I upgraded to a Linksys WRT54GS (10/100Mb WAN), and now get full speeds.
