TV Guide Not Working

Hi there

Loving the TV Drive though it crashed the other day. I did a basic reset and now it will only display the now and next on all channels but won't display ANY programmes in the future on either the mini guide or the full guide thus I can't set things to record thus its absolutely useless!!!!!!!!!!!

Does anyone have any ideas before I ring faults... again...

Re: TV Guide Not Working

Try a "Mains Reset" leave it switched off for a few minutes and hopefully that will cure it, usually takes about 15 minutes for the full EPG to load after any reset

Before you do the mains reset put the TV Drive into standby and after 2 minutes the hard drive should spindown and then switch off at the mains.
