From today customers will start to recieve a letter from Mr Branson and a leaflet letting them know about the changes that will start to happen pretty soon.

There is also a new website www.knowfirst.co.uk which has details about the new company.

Nice logo, not a bad website either. Some of it's a bit cheesy such as the package names, getting to know you etc...but it's a step in the right direction I guess.

As long as the staff are going to sing from the new hymnsheet too of course....otherwise it's just a waste of time and money.
