Upgrade options

Hi,

Long time lurker, newbie poster here.

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post, I had a quick look and this looked about the best place.

My mum has had NTL for donkeys years, still has the old analogue box.

She's, finally, agreed to upgrade it...

Before I go and speak to CS on this, what options/offers are there for upgrades. Are there any deals that aren't necessarily advertised but you have to ask for etc.?

She has telephone (about £11 a month), TV (I think £9.50) with Sky one, paramount and until recently livingtv, which is all the channels she really watches, and 1meg internet.

Any ideas what would be the best option, I have had a look at the family pack and it seems expensive for just having paramount channels.

Thanks in advance...

Re: Upgrade options

from what youve said id say the best pack would be a 2mb BB, talk weekend on the phone and the digital select pack for £30 Per month

the fact that you are asking is good. I was told when I was younger - if you don't ask, you don't get... (RIP Leo Finlay.) just phone and say 'what deals can you do for my mum'
