Is it crap with directions? Will it refuse to enter a room if there's a 5mm spider in the corner? Will it accuse you of being in a mood if you watch the footy in silence? Does it accuse you of fancying "that tart of a barmaid" in the pub?
If the answer to any of these is 'no' then it should be back to the drawing board for the manufacturers
