Re: disappearing emails

They may not be disapearing, there are many things that could be happening, do you get an error message at all? What ISP are you sending through(NTL, Wanadoo etc), what is the recipient ISP (Wanadoo, NTL etc), what are you sending through (Outlook, Outlook Express etc) and do you run any firewalls or Anti-virus? It also could be getting picked up as possible Spam by the new strict filters put in place by NTL.

to paul
I get no error messages as I do occasionally when making an address error. I send thru ntl and outlook express. I have recently had a non delivery to the USA at an aol address which I suspect did not like the size of the attachments but nothing of this kind applies to the french ones which have been wanadoo and another not immediately identifiable to a hotel. I get no problems anywhere else.

Re: disappearing emails

My dad has had e-mails disappear a lot lately. He lives in the US, not France though. They just disappear mid-way. No mailer-daemon errors or anything.

This happens on two e-mail accounts. One is an ISP one, and the other is a corporate one.
