Broadband down in Kettering area
Hello

My BB has been down since yesterday and is still down. Ready light flashing. Helpline has message saying there is a fault in the area Postcode NN15. Does anyone know how long this is going on for.

I havent noticed anything today nor yesterday...my computer has been online all the time. and I live in the NN15 area as well. so could be just you couldnt see any faults in the Kettering area either on the NTL website.

nn15 estimated time of fix is now 17.00

seems to be an ongoing issue

The recorded message said some users may experience complete loss of service and some intermittent. I 'll see what happens when I get home.
