useless lot..

ok so i have found that my broadband was cut off becuase i have not bee paying which is rubbish, i recieved 1 bill showing all services bb, phone and tv

so i rang up to complain about it being cut off and apparently i have been paying for bb on this single bill and should have been paying it on another bill

so..

a) why can ntl leave a bill for 9 months unpaid and not even question it
b) why would they think 1 house has 2 bb connections along with tv and phone

and c)
when i first questionned this other amount coming out seperatly from my account on direct debit, no body could explain what this was and so i cancelled the direct debit

rant over!
