Unhappy Panasonic W/S TV Only Silver

Hi all

Well I am all for upgrading my old TV for a new W/S and I am often drawn towards Panasonic ................what I now find disappointing is all their TV only come in silver. Why is this apart from hoping people will then upgrade other units to match

Any ideas apart form a tin of paint !

Mike

Re: Panasonic W/S TV Only Silver

A few years ago the trend for home electronics was black. Now it is silver. Who knows what will be preferred in years to come. I gave up worrying about colours a long while agao, so long as the thing works well.

I just decide how much money I want to pay, and what then has the best specification for the money. These days most manufacturers remotes can be coded to provide some basic function control of others kit, so now staying with one brand is removed from the equation too.

Re: Panasonic W/S TV Only Silver

The silver colour does make a TV appear to take up less space in a room when it is off. I was in the same situation a few years ago and bought a silver panasonic WS. My DVD, VCR both panasonic are still black, my cable box is still black and so is my amp. It does not look bad.
