I have recived my NTL bill and have not been charged for the couple of movies I have watched on pay per view (not porn) will NTL catch up with me do i need to tell them they have been missed or just keep quiet?
Were the movies watched after the present billing period ???? if not then either way you win, if they catch you, you end up paying for the movies you wanted, if they don't catch you, you get 'em for free.
If your STB has a poor return path signal (does interactive work well on your box?) then the PPV information is not sent to the network / billing computer and remains stored on the STB. You can see this by looking at the amount of credit your STB shows for PPV (/\ \/ Blue button I think), if it is less than about £30 then the charges are still held on the box, when it finally communicates with the network you will see them on your bill. If your return path is that borked that it never connects after about 10 PPVs the box runs out of credit and they will send an engineer around to check the connection, or if you are lucky they will send a reset to the box which will wipe these items and reset the credit limit.
