Why has this been ongoing for so long?!?!?
Or is it the case that ntl have forgotton to close the issue down?

If this was affecting a lot of people ... im sure NTl would move there butts, but im sure theres a very good reason for the long delay, like road works or something,
Ive been with NTl for just over a week and im connecting to the Southampton gateway. I have 180kb all the time, so my connection is not affected,
Very un-happy ADSL experience
