How do I find out if my RAM is DDR or not?

download AIDA32 - Enterprise System Information it should tell you if its DDR or not does for me

Definitely not DDR. It disappeared in 1989. That's the trouble with 3 letter abbreviations; there's only 26*26*26 = 17,576 possible combinations.

5 machines here... 4 types of Ram...
my main machine - SDRAM PC133, P4 system, Rambus.. AMD 2400+ - DDR400, old laptop - proprietary, multitainer PC133 SDRAM
and the laptop is the hardest to find Ram for... unless someone knows where I can find the 64Mb upgrade for an old Compaq Armada?
