ntl Cambridge Office Address?

It's been a long time since I've been back here but I've just got a quick question for you.

Could someone give me the address of the Cambridge Office of ntl. I need to cancel my TV services and want to send a Recorded Delivery letter to their offices.

Sure it's not open anymore There should be an address on the back of your bill to send it to

Yeah, the closed down Cambridge a few months ago and the customer service has gone down hill fast

There are still some people there. Just nowhere near as many as before, now that the call centre etc has been closed. One of my housemates works there. She says it's a ghost town compared to how it used to be

Or, you can phone cancellations/retentions directly on 0800 052 1474, Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm.

Cheers for the help. I've got three addresses on the back of my bill. Two are PO Boxes in Worthing and Manchester listed under paying by post and Complaints respectively, the other is the registered office address at Hook in Hampshire. Any idea which one is best?
