Talk unlimited but still billed for 7 hours

Hi all

I subcride to talk unlimited so do not expect to be charged for many calls. Last month I was charged for a total of 7.42 hours on calls which I presume did not qualify (155 calls : 5 calls per day ! ) I can't beleive this is correct because most of my calls are to 01 numbers and I rarly even make 5 calls per day.

Any ideas

thanks

Re: Talk unlimited but still billed for 7 hours

The number of calls and hours of calls that are shown on your bill include those that are free. I have had bills showing over 100 hours of calls and over 100 calls (back in dial-up days) but with zero call costs.

OK this makes sense................if the calls shown include free ones then that's ok. That would appear correct because of the low amount charged.

Thanks everyone for the help...

BUT saying that if the total calls made = 3 p per minute then 7.42 hours at 3p = 7.7 * 60 *.03 which = about £ 13.86 under the £15.50 I am paying each month for talk unlimited

Bad deal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Regards

Re: Talk unlimited but still billed for 7 hours

Plus a 5p connection charge for each call. 155 calls would be £7.75 on top of the amount above. So you save over £5.00 a month.

Re: Talk unlimited but still billed for 7 hours

There is no 5p connection charge on qualifying calls on a call plan.

The only exception to this is the automatic free cable to cable to calls which DO have a 5p charge.

Qualifying calls made on Talk Unlimited 24, Talk Unlimited, Talk Unlimited Local really ARE free (up to 60 minutes), there is no connection charge, minimum charge, or any other hidden charge for calls that last less than 60 mins.

Re: Talk unlimited but still billed for 7 hours

If you were on no talk plan at all - you still get the free local calls (apart from connection charge) However - is there the 1 hour time limit on this?
