Ahhhh, not done that, so can't help really. The bitmaps are stored within ntoskrnl.exe, which is tricky to alter.

found a utility that does it but its a pain to do...............

lol
you have to convert it to bmp and make sure its 640x800 and 16 colours i think i dont have photoshop else i would have messed with that
now wheres that bloody cd........
