Re: Firmware R37
Good. Watch the T3s - they are an indication of upstream congestion. But they don't matter unless you get T4s. The modem continues to function with data throught a T3 event though web page loading might be slower if there are a series of them in succession.

Re: Firmware R37
That's different. I suggest you start your own thread and post both the Dowmstream/Upstream stats, the Neetwork Log and your observation of whether ot not the 54 dBmv is stable or if it goes to 55 and over (by refreshing the screen).

I tried to take part in the R37 trial, but they couldn't get my SH to reboot in order to accept the download.
I hope that when the release candidate is available that problems have been overcome.

I thought most people had the opposite problem, they can't get their Superhub to not reboot randomly!

Re: Firmware R37
Does anybody have any actual R37 usage issues?

Re: Firmware R37
What kind of usage issues?
i have not notice any problems with modem mode and the draytek 2850n but if i go to local server for gamershell.com i download with very poor speeds (try the connection download rate) and is flawing from 3-5 MB ...when should be 12MB
even with this not bad monitor today 03/12 is showing me lot jitter at modem mode (tested 12:15pm)

Re: Firmware R37
I wouldn't be asking if I knew, Babis!
There's speculation on the VM forums, wthout evidence, that the rollout is suspended for R37 reliability/performance issues in router mode.
The absence of the flood of R37 threads that accompanied R36 suggests otherwise. But the speculation wasn't from an untrustworthy source.

Re: Firmware R37
Issue I have with the R37 firmware is ironically logging on to the suberhub, at best it's really slow but typically it just freezes. Getting a lot of T3 errors as well & whilst speed tests give good results overall web browsing experience is a little flakey.

Re: Firmware R37
MPH - are these new problems? Not present in R36?

They probably right ...5 ms with a not bad monitor today and 3-5 MB speed this time is not the best

Re: Firmware R37
Seph,
Does seem to worse yes, The only consistent way to log on and see what the super hub is doing is to power it off leave for a few secs and restart . Then it seems to ok for a short while. I do find it really irritating, I used to have a N600 Netgear router which was perfect it was left on for months on end without issue.

Re: Firmware R37
So - I switched to router mode with the following observations:
1/
Initial issues logging onto the Sh. Once overcome, they did not repeat.
2/
Airport Extreme connected in bridge mode. DS speed > 100 meg; upstream speed c. 1.2 meg.
3/
Moved PC to SH port 2; same poor upstream speed.
4/
Logged onto SH wireless OK; decent 2.4 speed; Changed WPS key; then couldn't log onto SH wireless. Airport Extreme wireless OK.
5/
Reverted to modem mode. Upstream speed immediately jumped to 5 meg.
So perhaps this'll start off other people's R37 observations.
