Are you part of an outage? Some Support staff say "maintenance" when it's a power outage or something similar. was it offshore?

Nope uk call centre and the specifically mentioned it being an upgrade and they mentioned vod, i recorded the whole conversation because im sick of being lied to by them so any help regarding making a complaint that will be listened to will be most welcome

Upgrades to VoD wouldn't knock of 'phone and TV, plus the upgrades are done out of hours (after midnight)
Sounds like someone was very misinformed rather than fobbing off. Is there anything on the Status Page? If it's fixed it won't be there now though.
you can complain via Customer Care on 150 or through the website in "My VM"

BSkyB have added an new page of updated listing today for Challenge the link I posted was ''611_challenge_wk5-7''.
They added more dates for TNA plus TNA Against All Odds broadcasting time as been added to that list.

I think that's for email isn't it?
You might be part of a cab audit then? You usually get a letter though to advise before hand. If it is, it's usually finished by 5pm
