I had one today and he did not even have 10/100 NIC installed and it froze when he clicked on a file in http://gamefiles.virginmedia.com/, 100% PC issue should have been in a skip that machine.

No name given and that can happen on any day of the week, you would be amazed what kit some people still have and expect fast speeds, we have had them calling in on 50Mb with 386 processors and 128 of ram wondering why they are slow, and they say it was OK on 10Mb!!!!!!!!

PC's fine mate Core 2 duo 6320@ 2.8 gig, 4 gig ddr2 800mhz, i have 2x500gig sata 2 hd's and a 320gig sata 2 for c drive, its running a Gigabit lan as well on the motherboard so its deffo not my pc.
