Funny that. I mentioned most of those points in my posts on more than one occasion. But like some other posts you chose to ignore them.

However buying something you already know has faults and issues is stupid. It's even more stupid to start a thread slating a console when you didn't need to purchase it at all. Due to the problems you knew about.

Would be like buying a car with a flat tyre then complaining to folk that it had a flat tyre.

Sure the Xbox one has it's faults, I just haven't experienced them yet, and if I have I haven't realised or taken any notice, but I enjoy it for the games and features, sure the graphics look great, but that wasn't the only reason I bought an Xbox One

Ah, "because" again, rather than actually explaining your illogical choices or explaining why you have been contradicting yourself.

If you consider my questioning, or that of other people, to be "personal" and think it's none of my concern or anyone else's, then it's your own fault - you opened yourself up to these questions.

If you did not want people to question your illogical choices, you should not have told us about your illogical choices.

If you did not want people to question your contradictory statements, you should not have posted contradictory statements.

You really should have got your story straight before you started this thread, then it may have gone the way you wanted and you wouldn't have myself or others asking you simple questions about what you have been claiming, questions you keep dodging.

Instead of getting angry because of your illogical purchase, why not just sell it. I'd bet it would make you a happier person to not have such a hated console that you really never should have bought in the first place, given everything you have posted. It is not too late to fix your regrets.

Oh an the xboxone was an impulse buy. That should stop your next 20 paragraph dummy spitting crying session.

Oh, any what's your obsession with the word hate lol. Such a strong emotion when talking about a kids video game console. I think crap is quite strong enough.

So no more asking why I bought it.I was walking past game they had a deal that effectively meant I paid £290 for the oboxone. So on an impulse I bought it. An it's rubbish, I understand you paid £429 for yours LMAO you got done kid lol.

I'm not dodging your questions you're choosing not to listen to the answer. My xboxone purchase was an impulse buy. An it's a crap mess of a console lol.

Ohh an the deal also included the stereo headset. So I guess the console was around £230.

My advice to anyone who wants a new console is to buy the PS4 it is just better.

An I'm not blaming anyone neither am I bitter. I just think the xbone is very very poor.

Re: The Xbox-one is pile of "bleep" thread.

Crazy nonsense? Really?

I have no dummy to spit out, have not been crying, and have stayed calm and focussed throughout. You, on the other hand, have been ranting. You have been defensive and evasive when asked the very simple questions that I asked - questions that were only asked because of the mixture of illogical and contradictory things you have been saying. Oh and to top it off, you even raised a Nazi comparison earlier in the thread...

You said you bought consoles for exclusives you could not get for your £3300 PC.

This cannot be true, plus makes no sense, because the two games you bought with it are not exclusive, nor are the other games you have mentioned - all bar Titanfall are on PS4 and all bar MGS GZ are on Windows PC.

Then you said you bought it for Halo and Titanfall.

This also cannot be true, plus also makes no sense, because Halo is not out (and does not even have a release date) and more importantly because you previously slated Titanfall and said it was, amongst other things, "crap".

Your latest claim is simply that it was an "impulse buy" and that the reason you bought it is... "because".

While I do not know if this is true or not, it also makes no logical sense, given that you quite clearly place such a high importance on graphics, and given that you must have known about the Xbox One's inferior graphical power compared to your PS4 & especially your £3300 PC, and given that all the games you have for it would be better on your PS4 and/or PC (with you even having some of them on both Xbox One and PS4)... Why throw your money away on something that you must have known was pointless for you given that you have a PS4 and PC? Why throw your money away on something that you must have known would most definitely not please you when it came to graphics?

We all make impulse buys, but yours seems to have been a ridiculously ill-thought out mistake given the systems you already own and given your obsession with graphics. Not bitter? Really? This whole thread (and other posts in other threads) reeks of the enormous bitterness and regret that you must surely feel from making such a poor (or uninformed?) choice.

I take it that means that you are still unwilling or unable to explain why you kept contradicting yourself?

Fair enough, you don't want to admit it.

I still think you'd be much better off if you sold it, then you could let go of your bitterness and concentrate on PC/PS4 gaming instead of going around ranting about the Xbox One all the time

No contradictions here. I bought the xboxone on an impulse buy and it's crap. How simple can it be. I have said this consistently to you but you don't seem capable of taking this on board. But don't worry I'm not going anywhere and will keep repeating myself until it eventually sinks in.

But now you're demanding I sell it after demanding an explanation as to why I bought it lol.

Ya know, I have several radio stations preset into my car radio. Even though radio 1 plays all the songs CaptialFM plays. I still occasionally switch between to the 2 for certain shows.
The difference being that I assume you didn't spend several hundred pounds on a radio just so you could listen to different stations.

Personally, I can afford both consoles, but I've taken the decision to wait and see which console has games that *interest* me. I did that when I chose an Xbox 360 and also when I chose both a PS2 and Xbox. IMO, it's nice to have good graphics, and given the choice between running a game at 720P or 1080P, I'll choose 1080P with as much detail as the machine I am using (be it a Console or PC) or game can muster. But, even with the best graphics currently available, if a game has a crap storyline or is simply not well designed, I am not interested.

It's also worth remembering that Stephen is right, the first couple of generations of games for *any* console are not the best (with a few exceptions) on that console. It takes developers a while to work out how to get the best from a machine. Want proof? Compare the early PS3/Xbox 360 games against the latest ones.

One final point. With the budgets for the larger games increasing (and in some cases being higher than budgets for major films), I think the days of the console exclusive are limited. I think you'll find that while games may carry on launching on one console or the other several days or weeks before the other console, unless Sony or Microsoft invest some serious money in game developers, the only way those developers will make a profit (or even cover their costs) is to ensure the games are released on as many platforms as possible.

You have been anything but consistent when it comes to why you got it. The only thing that has been consistent is that you don't like it.

I've posted your contradictions more than once:

e.g. in my recent post:

Quote:
You said you bought consoles for exclusives you could not get for your £3300 PC.

This cannot be true, plus makes no sense, because the two games you bought with it are not exclusive, nor are the other games you have mentioned - all bar Titanfall are on PS4 and all bar MGS GZ are on Windows PC.

Why throw your money away on something that you must have known would most definitely not please you when it came to graphics?
Or this one, which even has links to your past claims.

And I'm not demanding you sell it... I just think it makes the most sense, and I would have thought you'd see that yourself (then again, probably not...). You do, after all, think that it is crap. And you do, after all, also have a PS4 that you can play all the same games on except for Titanfall (which you think is "crap" anyway). And you do, after all, also have a £3300 PC that you can play all the same games on except for MGS GZ. And you do, after all, place graphics above all else. So it really makes no sense as to why you bought it (especially given the previous claims you made before the latest "impulse buy" claim) and really makes no sense as to why you still own it. Unless it's just as a way of justifying your rabid criticism of it, so you can say "I have an Xbox One and it is crap" instead of simply "The Xbox One is crap".

Matt, all I'm hearing is someone who paid £429 for an xboxone and needs to convince themselves it was worth it. I can tell you right it wasn't.

If you bought an xboxone today you get a lot more for a lot less, that must hurt matt. But ya know, it's not my fault. But if I paid £429 for it, I really would be peed off.
