This is how:
- Add the link above to the Address bar in firefox
- File menu, save as
- Adds it to the Download queue... in Firefox's own Manager - which of course shows the UA of a browser not something like DAP, GetRight etc.
Gettin 100 kB/s on 1 Mb/s connection which is about as good as it usually gets!

Had the 13mb version too. using nffc's method, now on 25mb...... wonder if this will work.....
