Ive got an app on my phone that gives me a rundown of how im doing so far its saying

Days since smoking 10
Total amount saved £12.50
Total cigarettes NOT smoked 120

Having a look at those numbers gives me lots of incentive.

Precisely the reason why the NHS won't supply them as a quit smoking aid.

But good on you for giving up smoking tobacco

I dont really care if the NHS provide them as a quitting aid, the NHS provided Avandia to diabetics and look where thats got them. http://is.gd/fur6J

Anyway I was aware of articles on the internet and am also aware there could still be risks, one day hopefully I wont smoke anything for now I do enjoy a good puff on my e-cig
