Just Got NTL Digital

yet another update lol
got the down stairs box working the boxes are alright but its the signal as we got 2 cable modems and 2 digital boxes so another engineer is coming tomorrow to fix mine then its cool

I am aghast at this story quite frankly, it's truly appalling.

I hope someone is sorting out some sort of deal for you in the light of this farce?

Just want to recap you guys on the problems ive had over the month and abit and we have had some more problems heres the time line hope you can understand it

Dad phones mid November to arrange for digital to be installed

Digital installed on 27th November (Saturday) (installing digital boxes) ( I find out my box is not working )

Dad phones ntl up on 29th November (Monday)

Ntl come out 1st December (Wednesday) (engineer comes but fixes the down stairs box yet mine is still faulty)

Ntl engineer phones up for 2nd December to get repaired (but donââ‚Âà ‚¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢t show up)

Dad rings again they bring out 2 more engineers on 10th December to give more signal they say my box is faulty then they say we have to ring up again to get another man to install another box

Dad rings up and get another engineer out for 22nd December ( man fixes the signal my box finally comes on he said the other 2 engineers did a bad job and house needs another rewiring job as im losing to much signal

So the man then phones ntl up to get it all sorted for today (23rd December for am) yet no one has arrived yet

So yes I got my digital working but ntl have let us down againââ‚ƚ¬Ã‚¦ what a company
Have to wait till next year to get the cable wires fixed
