when I got broadband I took the option of keeping my dial up address, which was prepay, at the time, as well as a new one for the broadband connection. Subsequently, I changed from prepay to pay as you go, keeping the same address - which is still in use

Well, I haven't bothered keeping any of my old ntl addresses, since I never used them much, but I do still have my old cwcom.net account. ntl finally passed them over to Boltblue to host, and mine's still going.
