it isn't part of it at all, you could call it bigotry or predujeced but not racist, even less so if both parties are part of the same ethnic group

Have to say most of the beggars I come across aren't immigrants, whether they are genuine or not is always the dilemma.

Do you stop and talk to them all? I wouldn't know an eastern European beggar from a Glaswegian one just from looking at them.

I don't think any of them in my town are genuine, i moved here 8 years ago and its still the exact same faces.
