Turned off suggestions nearly a year ago, can't say I have missed them as they were ridiculous. Perhaps thats why my box has not slowed down that much.

Every customer should be viewed as special by VM staff. After all, it is us who put food into their mouths and a roof over their head.

I certainly appreciate each and every customer that does the same for me.

What I do not understand is why those who are so disgruntled with VM stay with them. One of the worst moaners finally left VM (heaven be praised) but now appears to be staying. Amazing.
Personally I wish the Tivo worked more quickly but I have far more important issues in life to worry about. After all it is only a TV box
