ya, and that is what the attentuators are for, they have brought them back down to where they should be. Qas is still right about your snr though, it could do with being 6 or 7 higher. I am surprised the engineer didn't do anything to fix it because I do believe the technical minimum should be 33. If everything is alright now though I wouldn't worry about it.
