The Ambit series and the Motorola series were all said to be capable of 38Mb but they will never achieve that so do please get it right as being possibly capable on paper and actually achieving it in reality are very very different, plus it is not up to you if they let it run at 200Mb or not, it is the company.
Do not wish for an inherently crippled device to run at a higher speed and by the way it was never tested on the newer network for the higher speed.
Do remember the is nothing to correct and nor has the ever been anything to correct, do you really want to be continually be polishing manure or would you prefer the company to rollout a proper device.

But both devices are a steaming pile of poo, so until the company admits it you will be left with a poor mans device regardless of what device being used.
