I've been a smoker for years so so so so so long. I smoke the tobacco as well as I find I dont smoke half as much with the bother it takes to roll them as well but I feel I would like to give up and was setting for January. With this device I think it will be a lot sooner. Just have to now find the one that suits me

Re: Electronic Cigarettes
This guy has reviewed about 100+ e-cigs so far http://www.youtube.com/user/igetcha69
This woman also does a nice comparison of three e-cigs the Zenith, Titan and Super http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sxOrMpt7rzE her channel also has some good insights into the world of e-cigs.
You cant go wrong with a Zenith or a Titan 510, Ive also bought products off both these websites before and had no problems. (Next day delivery on both)
http://www.liberro.co.uk/
http://totallywicked-eliquid.co.uk/
Ive got a voucher code for liberro "imnew10" which gives you 10% any order as a first time customer, igetcha69 has a code for liberro as well "ECR69" which is apparently 15% off.
This code is for totallywicked "T4BE699" it gets you 7.5% off.
Oh one more thing, dont buy from a brand called blu, I've heard really mixed reviews about their e-cigs
Bit embarrassing but im really trying to throw myself into smoking e-cigs so Ive done my own review of the Zenith http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iKxHAPg4Q0A (its a bit long winded... heh) im going to do another review of the Titan on Tuesday, my friend already has one hence the recommendation.

Anyhow, what i was saying it you should try the nicorette inhalator as it helps those best who miss the 'hand to mouth' action.
Its a safer alternative to the e-cigarette and helps many people quit

I seriously wouldn't be put off by that article.

The researchers told the BMJ: "The scarce evidence indicates the existence of various toxic and carcinogenic compounds in e-cigarettes, albeit in possibly much smaller concentrations than in traditional cigarettes."

I believe that electronic cigarettes are indeed a safer alternative to smoking real cigarettes.
|
I know thats from a guy that sells them but this is a new product and obviously no one knows what the long term affects are, I just take comfort in the fact there is almost no possible way smoking e-cigs is worse than actual cigarettes.
Cold Turkey would obviously be the best way, this is just way easier.
The nicorette inhalator are ok, they just dont mimic actually smoking.

Re: Electronic Cigarettes
Well I'm strongly thinking of giving up one way or another but just to be brave and find the day I start.

Re: Electronic Cigarettes
In terms of the actually quitting it defiantly still takes will power what ever you decide, setting a date in stone is good and also throwing away everything you have to do with smoking also works well.
Ive got an app on my phone that gives me a rundown of how im doing so far its saying
Days since smoking 10
Total amount saved £12.50
Total cigarettes NOT smoked 120
Having a look at those numbers gives me lots of incentive.
