Nah wasnt insulting the cable forum staff. They are more helpful than ntl. I made the statement as I am fed up with ntl. I give them well over £700 a year. Thats alot of money and I should get the service I deserve. Hopefully being on Watchdog will make them realise they are not perfect (nobody is) but still far from it.

Engineer came Friday as promised - new set-top box - all back to normal.....just have to re-do all the favourites (what a chore!).
