That was my first proper 3d card. Unfortunately however as has been stated I don't think it will work
My laptop has a radeon 7500 in it which is why it works I guess.
If you have an agp socket - next time I upgrade I'll bear you in mind if you like and send you another card (which will be my missus gf4MX-440 64mb), but it won't be for a couple of months.

Re: 3D Desktop Software
If you check on the forum at that site it does mention that the program has problems with ATI cards. It is running fine here on my Nvidia card.

Re: 3D Desktop Software
Hmm...I like it but it's strangely implemented.
I think with more work this could be pretty damn good.

Lol yes, VRML, it's still going apparently but how many vrml sites do you see? I'm just bitter because I took a module of it at uni and it was a total pain

Re: 3D Desktop Software
It's still out there, Adobe have a plugin for it.
It's quite impressive when you consider that it's based on XML.

Re: 3D Desktop Software
I'm using it now. It's pretty sweet, although I wish thw windows would update dynamically, instead of just taking a snapshot and holding it. It wouldn't have to be a huge frame rate, once every second or two would be good.
