Re: superhub 2
The wireless signal on my superhub dies so i have to use my 802.11g router and only get 20Mbps from my 60Mbps XL broadband, will i be able to get the superhub2 as a free upgrade?
Also i have some questions about the specs:
1. Is 400Mbps the higher speed it supports like the v1 or will this support faster broadband?
2. does it support 802.11ac?

In in end I just called up cancelled the engineer installation and went for the over the phone upgrade with my existing SH.
Also, I notice I have 2 Upstream channels so I does that mean the 120Mbps is not far away?

Do you mean they will be using the SH2 for business installs too? Since they use a different version of the firmware for the business service I thought they might not

Hopefully these will be out by the summer so I can haggle for one alongside my annual disloyalty bonus.

As it is just a matter of different firmware there is no reason why not.

Re: superhub 2
I suppose that if the SH1 is out of manufacture, then it has to be the SH2 (in due course).

Re: superhub 2
Superhub2 5Ghz mean u need a 5GHz network card or 5GHz wifi support as it won't work with your 2.4GHz wifi 150N on every laptops

It's dual concurrent so all devices will work. If you have an old lap top it sees 2.4' if you have a Mac it sees both 2.4 and 5Ghz

Re: superhub 2
As Top banana says yes it will work, as you can have 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz switched on at the same time and with different SSDs.
I currently use an old Dell laptop several years old and it works fine on 5Ghz with my SH2.

Re: superhub 2
So far WiFi on 60 is spot on every test I've done. Full up and down speed.

Re: superhub 2
What firmware do they have? The one with the T4 errors and the GUI issues?
