Thanks for the information badis. I have looked in the log but nothing showing up about the new firmwear. I will leave it as it is for now and try rebooting again on Friday.
My sHub is behaving itself so I 'aint going to rock the boat, I'd just like to see what you more geeky  errrrrrr I mean knowledgeable guys are up to.

your speed double has nothing to do with this firmware upgrade (I'm just stating this so others dont get confused). the only reason why youve probably got both at once is because the double config wasnt 'forced' whenever it become available to you and of course the new firmware being opened up to you.

What I was saying before you jumped in is that I am now on R37 here in Warwick area. currently on 60mb service (for info) and yes - I know the speed is not a result of the upgrade!

YAY. I have V2.37.1 and my network log appears to have been wiped clean. I wonder if it will start showing the correct month?

It won't show the correct date and sequencing in modem mode.

Well so far it seems good, I've not had to reboot the voip device and the wireless seems ok even if its not the most powerful
