Still waiting in Poole BH17. I have dome soft reboots from the GUI. Do you have to do an "IT Crowd" reboot (ie switch off the power supply and then switch it on again)?

The GUI is fine. The lights go off and it goes through the full disconnect/reconnect cycle.

Tried the hard reboot and still on R36. Also checked speed and I am supposedly now on 60M. However speednet still shows 30.

Seeing a post earlier saying that R37 was alive and kicking on the Baguley server I have just rebooted my sHub and I'm still on R36.  Will try again tomorrow.

Check your network logs
If is coming down will appear there
Then if is there and give error then reboot few times (but wait about 2 min each reboot & keep checking the blue top light if will flash which means is downloading)
If is not in the network log wait untill the 14th when all should have it

My logs showed update fails for 2 weeks before today, this morning it was like running throught treacle so i rebooted and then found the new firmwear info.
