Re: rugby talk
well done both teams, fantastic game, Irelands fight back in the last quarter pegged Wales back, a bit, but they resisted the pressure magnificently.
I imagine there may be a few parties in Wales, tonight - have a virtual on me

Re: rugby talk
I now look forward to all the sunday papers dedicating whole segments of their publications to the team, with a centre pull-out of them celebrating.
Perhaps New Year's honours for the whole team was well? How about BBC Sportsman of the Year for Gavin Henson?
Ahhh yes, sorry, it was Wales, not England wasn't it......

Re: rugby talk
Personally I hope that Welsh Rughby gets the coverage in the national press that they rightly deserve. The Welsh team played a blinding championship, and now have to be considered ''The'' team to beat.
Without a doubt, a large portion of the Lions Team for the New Zealand tour will be Welsh.

Re: rugby talk
I just got back from Hong Kong, where the 7's World Cup was on. Also saw the Wales v Ireland game there, and it was a superb win and well-desreved.
Congratulations Taffs, and congrats also to Fiji for wiping the smiles off of the faces of those smug Kiwi ****s who gloated over England's defeat!
