NTL hot air

Again NTL are great on what they want to offer you but when you look at the small print the 3 for £30 is not all it is painted.

I currently have NTL broadband, I cancelled my phone line and tv with them a while back.
Every month without fail I will get the usual letter from NTL offering me the 3 for £30 offer, the offer that is reserved for its " very best customers ".
One of the offers in the three is the digital tv select pack, with revolutionary ntl on demand.
My area is not even enabled, so what are they doing offering it as part of the package to their " very best customers " is it some kind of joke?
I am not seeing the punchline, I am trying.
Forgot to add, anyway, do I want to go back to them dark days of despair for the sake of saving £5 per month for the first 12 months? No its ok.
