Re: What was your first ever Mobile Phone?
Motorola Startac (I think) in about 1996 or so. Then a Motorola Flare, then an Ericsson GH-something (with the big short stubby antenna) then a Nokia 3310 3330 then a 3410 then a SE T630 and now a SE k750i.
Only 11 months left on the contract before I get another one
Oh, and there was some sort of Panasonic in between the Flare and the GH.

Nokia 3110 for a couple of years. I replaced this with a 6030 a few months back.

God this makes me feel old, my first phone was the Maxon-bit-of-a-brick, I tried Googling it to no avail, suffice to say it weighed more than a small car and had a really vicious arial.

Re: What was your first ever Mobile Phone?
I started with a Motorola M3788e from Orange, then went onto a Nokia 3310 then a Nokia 7250 then at work a Nokia 6230 then a 6230i. I eventually upgraded the 7250 to a 6230i and then when I started my new job I got a Nokia 1100 but could not get on with that so chucked it in the drawn and found a 6230 on eBay. I swear by Nokia and one of the reasons for getting rid of the 1100 was it didnt fit in my car kit. So now running a 6230i for personal and a 6230 for work.
---------- Post added at 23:29 ---------- Previous post was at 23:29 ----------
I always wanted a 3210 but by the time I went to get one they had stoped making it.

Nope, there are a few more that I can't remember . Every phone I have had has been on a contract. Although I have bought a few sim free just cause I liked them.

Re: What was your first ever Mobile Phone?
It was a chunky Ericsson - can't recall the model. Probably generated more radiation than Chernobyl It was nicked. Interestingly, O2 but a block on it but it didn't stop the chavs from using all the credit. I guess the phone pre-dated blocking
