Youtube videos blocked by NTL

Ive recently found that youtube videos will not play on NTL connections from the lichfield UBR's (i tried 3-4 different NTL lines, with 3 different computers). I also noticed other people on forums posting that youtube videos have stopped playing (it basically sits at the loading screen).

It seems to be a NTL problem as if i use a different provider or specify a public proxy server on my NTL line, then the videos play perfectly, so NTL seem to be blocking them perhaps (probably not intentionally, but another screwed up proxy)

Packages tested were on the 1Mbit and 10Mbit Packages from ntl.

in Guildford, this has been happening to me since Friday afternoon... a couple of refreshes (CTRL+F5) and emptying of my local cache seems to help the problem.
