Downgraded from 10mb to 2mb?

I called NTL today to downgrade to 4mbit today, from 10mbit.

I logged in to check my modem as it seems slow and its now at 2mbit...

What's going on?

(I'm in Stockport)

The information i have been given is that Manchester will be next week unless you are on STB in which case you should have it now.

I don't work for NTL anymore so don't take what i say as gospel

If I had 10mbit before, surely they wouldnt't need to do any upgrades as its a slower service or am I missing something?
