new to tv drive Help

since i have had tv drive , my video settings have all gone , and i can not get it to tune in , picture quality
not through tv box has gone down as well, And yesterday on tv drive the mini guide had gone and the only buttons that would work where the sound and channel change button .

Can any one give me any ideas what is wrong

How is the TVDrive connected to the TV & VCR.Scart ,RF or Both.?

both tech been today ok now some connections hads been put in wrong n monday when it was installed

Hi all Im new to TvDrive and have noticed that the online light flashes every now and then any ideas thanks .

My TV Drive crashed once a day some times more. I have had the engineers out and they say the firmware is still new and has bugs..... Fantastic!

That's usually down to work on the network but if it happens too often then your return path connection may be unreliable and needs to be looked at.

Don't settle for that! Crashing every day is not normal behaviour and they should investigate properly. There are plenty of people who don't get any box crashes at all. Keep onto them.

Thanks for the reply Buffalo2102 its only happening I'd say every few hours or so but every thing seems ok ans no crashing .
