Still No Ntl Official Competition With Talk Talk !
Well it has now been over a month since talk talk launched broadband and free uk and international calls for under £21 and today orange anounce they are to enter the market and yet still ntl have failed to match the talk talk offer for all of there customers.

Well I don't pay more but cable TV & telephone always stood for undercutting the opposition but they seem happy to let talk talk undercut them and just give deals to customers who threaten to cancel which is not a very good business module

paul is price everything to you then? quality means nothing.
talk talk have no broadband customer base, this is to get them one, ntl DO have one and a very large one at that so maybe thats why. If you need to save some pennies tho give retentions a ring they should help.

Its funny you should say that because the carphone warehouse came out top in a recent survey of customer satisfaction

I'm not worried about ringing retentions as i already have a deal for 3- 6 months but i am thinking of the whole ntl customer base and not just the select few
