Re: Lowering speed in the North East (10Meg)

Well unfortunately the problem came back again last night and this morning was REALLY slow...

<1mbps

phoned tech support, Nathan sorted it this time. And this time the modem disconnect and then reconnected. I had to power cycle to get it back online. He took it off the network and put it back on.

Speeds are fantastic again 9.7-10mbps.

But will it stay like this? I prey it does

Does somebody know why the speeds would go down, and they have to remove the modem and put it back online toget the speeds back?? He said there was no reported problems... so?
