Help !

Can anyone please help me.

Had problems with telewest broadband at end of january and they came out and changed my modem to a motorla modem.
Now we keep losing connection again, send and receive lights on the modem keep flashing and we lose connection. Then the modem is rebooting itself.

I called telewest and they have said there is nothing wrong, they have also said that when the engineer came out he didnt change the modem. This was a supervisor (supposedly) that told me this.

I am really at my teather with this.

Can anyone please help me

Re: Help !

Since you have had no joy from talking on the phone with them,I would suggest that you write to their head office who's address will be on your agreement, see if that will wake them up,before doing that however I would suggest that you thoroughly check all connections to the modem making sure that they are tight and secure,(you might have already done that ) but make sure because they will have no problem in charging you about £75 pounds if indeed there is nothing wrong, which in my opinion can only be determined by a visit from an engineer ....Try also rebooting your modem a couple of times to see if that helps any ...
