Anyone know of a good online picture editor? the reason i ask this is because i have webcam software for taking pictures and the quality is crap. Also i want a site where you can adjust the quality, size etc.
you can't "up" the quality of a photo, you can add filters to try and bring out more detail (sharpen etc) but that's about the limit, most web cams perform badly under poor or artificial light, try getting more light on your subject and I wouldn't bother using an online tool, download a trial version of Paint Shop Pro (or something similar)
