Wireless router for 10 mbps

Hi i am thinking of getting a Linksys wireless router,it comes with a usb 2 wirless card and is on offer at pcworld:

I want it to work with NTL,is it worth the money and is it any good.

Yes and yes... well actually I've never used the USB adapter as the one I bought came with a PCMCIA card for laptops, but the router has been very good so far.

Thanks for the reply,does the router transfer files between computers at 125mbps,and can i use non linksys wireless adapters with it?

sure you can use any adapter with the router as long as they are compatible (802.11g+b).

not sure abotu the speed. but what you gonna do with 125mbps speed? 10mbps is more than enough for most of the home users

you'll never actually be able to transfer at 125mbits, Probably at about half.

averaged 23mbits /s (peaked at around 30) on a 54mbit wireless connection.

find it depends on the wireless adaptors/ router a lot as well, my previous 54g card didn't seem capable of sustaining anything above 12mbit actuall thoughput.
