I use an NTL 250 modem and a Netgear wirless router (dont know what model)
Since NTL dont do static addresses I use http://www.dyndns.com/ to keep a constant DNS name even tho the IP address may change. This would be set on the Router.
Ive had it working since late August without issue.
When I returned home, I launched "Chicken" and entered Mum's IP address
that I'd thoughtfully emailed to myself.
Chicken connected immediately and I was able to see the Mac Mini's screen
contents, move the mouse and use my keyboard. The only downside is that
each screen refresh takes around half a minute. Hey, but I'm not
complaining!
